A 2000 square foot passive solar straw bale home designed by the client's brother.  This home incorporates lime plaster on the exterior and earth plaster on the interior walls.  They used bark beetle killed wood for interior and exterior trim and paneling.  Local stone countertops and other decoration make this a very beautiful and comfortable home with a lot of soul.
